Blackwater Elite bows out of the East Asia Super League’s Terrific 12 tournament after suffering another blowout loss in Macau.

Japanese club Chiba Jets of the B.LEAGUE needed only two quarters to prove they are on a different level with the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) squad, turning in a 109-69 victory.

The Jets held Blackwater to just six pts in the second quarter and successfully carried a 39-point lead into halftime.

Six Jets players finished in double-figures, led by Michael Parker with 22 points and 13 assists, and Josh Duncan with 20.

Meanwhile, import Marqus Blakely led the Elite in scoring with 16 points to go with 12 rebounds. Alex Stepheson and Diego Dario chipped in with 12 and 10 markers each.

The Elite played without All-Star swingman Bobby Ray Parks Jr., who travelled with the team to Macau but sat out due to a leg injury.

Blackwater is now out of the running for a slot in the East Asia Super League Terrific 12 knockout round after going winless in two games. They lost their first game against the Seoul SK Knights, 93-77.
