The East Asia Super League have released details about ticketing for the upcoming 2019 Terrific 12 tournament in Macau on September 17-22.
Set to arrive in Macau are 12 top Asian professional clubs that will compete for the championship, including former titlists Chiba Jets (Super 8, 2017) and the Ryukyu Golden Kings (Terrific 12, 2018), who will be joined by fellow B.LEAGUE Japan clubs Niigata Albirex Basketball and Utsunomiya Brex.
Also competing are the Liaoning Flying Leopards, Shenzhen Aviators and Zhejiang Guangsha Lions of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA), Jeonju KCC Egis and the Seoul SK Knights of the Korean Basketball League (KBL), and Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) squads Blackwater Elite, the San Miguel Beermen and TNT KaTropa.
East Asia Super League CEO Matthew Beyer believes the upcoming tournament will continue to draw high interest from both local and international fans, especially with its staging immediately after the 2019 FIBA World Cup in China this September.
“Once again, 12 of the top professional teams from China, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines have signed up for the challenge of the tournament, bringing their top domestic players and two import players to Macao,” remarked Beyer.
“I am sure that everyone is as excited as I am to watch them in action in Macao and that the world-class basketball on offer will draw fans from across the region to experience the atmosphere and cheer for their favorite teams and stars in person.”
