Although the 39-year-old Erron Maxey had an impressive debut against Chongson Kung Fu last Saturday afternoon, the thought was that he would only be a temporary addition, initially brought in to play just that one game as he had already previously signed a contract with another basketball club.

The young Formosa Dreamers have reportedly signed former Georgia Bulldog and Portland State Viking power-forward Cameron Forte to be one of their world imports for the remainder of the season. According to several reports, Forte is a player who is capable of scoring from the inside, but has shown very limited perimeter shooting throughout his career.

During his last professional stint in Uruguay, he averaged roughly 23 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and two steals in six games. Should those reports and game tapes be reliable references, Forte could potentially be the right fit in pairing up with Ronnie Aguilar to solidify the Dreamers’ frontcourt, giving a huge boost to the Taiwanese club as they fight through the rest of their debut ABL season.
